Central Location and Great Breakfast
varied breakfast roof views friendly staff helpful staff
The breakfast had many choices. I especially appreciated that they cooked the eggs to order (omelets were my favourite!). The rooftop offered NICE views of the city. The staff members were friendly and always ready to help with any questions I had.
The elevator was quite small. I wouldn't want to be in there with too many other people.

mixed feelings about this stay
worn furniture questionable soundproofing
The location was quite convenient. It was near the tram stop, a definite plus.
The room i had was definitely showing its age. the furniture seemed worn, and the soundproofing was questionable. Every little noise from the hallway reminded me of it was happening right in my room. also, i was told i could get a kettle with a deposit, but apparently, they were all out of kettles. i ended up paying for tea.

uncomfortable bed small room
the staff was kind, i will say that.
The bed was one of the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on. My back hurt after a single night. the room was quite small and i noticed it lacked any real storage space. the croissants at breakfast were unfortunately dry.

i found the double room spacious and it had a balcony. the staff were helpful with directions, which i appreciated! the location near the train station made traveling easy, i liked the accessibility.
the elevator was quite small, sometimes causing a short wait.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay
dirty carpets restricted jacuzzi
The cleanliness in the dining areas needs improvement. I also think the carpets throughout the corridors need replacement. My room was fine and the beds were comfortable, but it seemed cleaner than other areas of the hotel. The rooftop jacuzzi also had restricted hours, disappointing.
